I noticed the other day that some of my folders (4 in fact) which contained mp3 music files, have simply disappeared from my pc, and 1 folder containing wallpapers I had downloaded. Has anyone ever encountered this problem as it has me baffled? I have tried different software to try to recover them, but nothing has worked.

The same thing has happened to me several times. Items that are not in temporary folders simply disappear, and most of it is photos and music.
