I received an email file photoshop album starter edition.exe but when I try to open it fails. The messages says "This application has failed to start because qt-mt.dll was not found, Reinstalling the application mayfix the problem."
What is this qt-mt.dll? and can I open this photoshop album starter edition.exe file?

So, you tried to install photoshop album starter from an e-mail? is this correct?
