For a while now I've been seeing this icon in my image files.



It is only a recent arrival and I've got no idea what setting I've changed to make it appear. I've tried to delete it a few times but it always comes back.

Any ideas what it's all about?

It is a standard file. Even if deleted it will return. It contains the "thumbnails" of your images should you choose the "thumbnail" view under Folder Options.

Perhaps you never noticed it but it should and always have been there.

Aha! So if I select Icons or list it's going to disappear?

I can't believe it. My grandmother wasn't as sensitive as the filter on this forum.
