My monitor has rotated by 90 degrees after kids playing, any ideas

Sometimes the Alt plus applicable arrow key will work.

Otherwise > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Rotation

hi, Thanks for advise. I have tried but when i go to advanced in settings there is nothing about rotation. At the moment i have monitor lying on its side

Try control panel > display > settings > advanced then click on your graphics card. Mine is the second tab at the top. It might take a few seconds for it to display the info. There should be an option in there to rotate.
