Lately, when using ERUNT, I notice it is only backing up 11 of 13 hives.

When going into Regedit (as Administrator), under local users, it does not include other user (user1) unless I logon as user1, pull up regedit, close regedit, logoff as user1, then log on as administrator.

Only then do I see all users keys, and only then will it back up all 13 hives. Any suggestions? Thanks for any and all help.

PS: Using XP Pro, registry permissions include user1 and administrators, use to work before (all hives). Not sure when it stopped, but I did not install any new software.
