Windows XP Error Message: out of memory at line 56

Can anyone tell me what this means? I'm pretty sure that I was in internet explorer every time it has happened.

are you using macromedia flash player?

have you tried updating? go here to see if you've got the latest version http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
