Computer always restarting
Hi. How can i fix my computer? It is alwyas restarting when it gets to the windows xp load up thing. It said something like a power problem. I think it was caused by manually shuting it off. Can this problem be fix? Thanks

Try Safe Mode and Last known good configuration.
If that doesn't work what is the verbatim error message?
Do you have a Microsoft XP CD or an OEM recovery disk?

So you could not get to Safe Mode or any of the Safe Mode options?
New DVD/CD drives can be had for less than $25 US.

The windows did not start successfully because a recent hardware or software change might have caused this. When i click the safe mode or last known good configuration it could only get to loading the windows xp it will restart. When i press the F10 button to restart the computer from the very beginning the it will load and then freeze at a blue screen. Also i cant find the verbatim error message.

You could try the 6 floppy setup disks which will give you the Recovery Console where you can try FIXBOOT or FIXMBR

I would suggest replacing your DVD/CD drive and reinstalling XP.
Also if this is a manufactured OEM computer there might be a Hotkey Recovery option.
