Every time i boot my pc it comes up with the BSoD:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Login Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The System has shut down.

Any one know what i can do?

i read it and i need to boot the disc but how do i do it?

The two simplest ideas were: 1)Last known good configuration: try starting into Safe Mode options (press F8 in between the BIOS POST and XP trying to start) then choose Last known good configuration. 2) In-place upgrade: A Repair Install: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315341/

The other ideas regard trying to isolate the particular corrupted files.
