Can log into my name (administrator) but can't use any programs. When i double click on icon the egg timer shows then nothing. Can't even use the internet. Don't want to go back to basics as pictures on there i need to keep. But i can use another log in (visiter). Someone mentioned logging on safe mode but not sure how to complete.

to get into safe mode keep pressing F8 when booting up
