i have had some tea in my keyboard then washed it with water under advice but now as you can see my buttines have gone wrong since i washed it. what to doN? sorry.

How long have you left it to dry for? I always wait about 2 weeks as it takes ages to dry out properly.

Keyboards are (generally) made up of two to three rubber membranes with carbon pads, seperated with a mylar sheet. When liquid gets in there, the only way to dry it out quickly is to disassemble it and carefully dry all the parts/sheets. Not a task for the faint-hearted.

Hi... i would think that you would really need dry it out and try it, if not then yes i think you would need a new keyboard...get one off ebay for cheap

have you popped all the keys off, the tea may be sticking the keys?

update i had a new keyboard. Other one went mad. I do not recommend watering them it seemed to get worse when i did that. Wish i had just left it alone but i did take advice from someone who should know but i wish i hadnt.
