I am not able to open rest of my drives except c drive , i was infected with a trojan, after connecting the hdd to another pc and removig the trojans i was not able to directly enter any drives except c drive , i have to enter by right click and open for others , now after formating i get a message

"windows cannot find OSO.EXE make sure u typed the name correctly and then try again .to search for a file , click the start button and click search "

What drive have you formatted?

Is Windows XP and any applications or drivers that it uses only installed on the C:\ drive? Or have you got applications installed on other partitions as well?

Is this a dual-boot PC with different operating systems or just one install of Windows XP and nothing else?

I formatted the C drive and reinstall my xp in the C drive. After installed it, the problem occurred. Couldn't open the D drive and can even open regedit at run command.
