    would it be something like an LCD driver? the guy i bought it from said i might need to download the drivers.

    Then your motherboard drivers should be okay. I would disconnect any devices not needed, and remove all cards (except your graphics card) and try it again. You might want to use just one stick of RAM too, one of yours may be bad. Are your temperatures okay?

    I note you appear to have some issue with regspy.sys and vsserve.exe - those, if legit, are part of BitDefender. Although not the exact error code, I note there have been BSODs - see Bluescreens casue by regspy.sys.

    thansk for all the information, right now i dont have any cards plugged in i am currently using an onboard vid card and 1 stick of RAM, i uninstalled bitdefender and is there a way i can check if another BSOD will happen?
