Help please---------I was trying to transfer photos to an Iomega external hard drive when the MY COMPUTER section froze. I was still able to use AOL for a few minutes but then that froze and was automatically restarted. I was unable to see the normal startup screen and Iheld the power button down. When i restarted the computer all I have is a blue screen and a flashing minus sign in the upper left corner. Ihave thousands of photos on the hard drive. What should I do?????????????

Can you get into Safe Mode?

If so try the option: "Last Known Good Configuration"
