Can anybody tell me how to open .CHM files ?

I downloaded CAIN&ABEL but when clicking on help it doesnt do anything. There is Compiled HTML File (.chm) in the \CAIN directory but it is not opening in IE

Any tips ?

.chm files are simply Windows HTML help files. If these are legit Windows will open them.
