    Hiya,
Do you have any idea of the make and model of your soundcard. If you don't have a soundcard, can you tell me the make and model of your motherboard?

Go this page and download the D-A-L Hardware Scan.

Run the downloaded file and at the prompt to Start Scan click Ok. The script will then work detecting your PCs current hardware in the background. You may get a popup message from Script Control telling you that the script is taking longer than expected, ignore this message. Eventually a small popup with the word Continue will appear, click Ok and then Ok again to the done message.

The report will now open in Internet Explorer. The yellow security bar will appear at the top of the page telling you that Internet Explorer has restricted ActiveX Controls on the webpage. Click the Yellow Bar and click Allow Blocked Content and then Yes to the prompt. You can then click the Copy To Clipboard button and paste the results back to me here. This will help me locate the driver for your motherboard.
