I have downloaded WinRar and then all my Direct X, Managed X and dxnt folders in local disk C: changed icon and then i some how extracted all these to same place local disk C:

just wondering do these files need to be extracted as they were not before and if not can i delete all extracted files and just leave the achives there and will this work the same??

what folder are these in?

WinRAW supports all sorts of files such as .cab which dont need extracting... what is the file extension (.exe, .zip .cab ...)

Not sure what you mean m8 but if it helps i think the files folders where of a cabinet before then they changed to 3 books in a belt

cant see an extension .exe .cab anywhere

arrr right found under properties CAB archive for these files guessing that means .cab previous

so can i delete the folders and leave the books in belts .cab files alone lol books in belts propper computer jargon hey??

yes, and they still are, its just that windows now recognises a program to open them with, if you click tools>folder options> vier then un-tick "hide extensions for known file types" you will see the .cab again
