Hello,

My brother got some virus or worm or something on his pc,before he scans his pc he restart it!!, at the moment he must enter his password his keyboard and mouse are stuck!
We first try another keyboard.Don,t work.
He try to delete the password in BIOS but can,t find it there,so he try something in DOS,it don,t work too(He knows nothing about DOS commands and me too,looked for command on internet but finally nothing works)
I searched for DOS virusscanner,but the ones i find are too big for a floppy!!?

Do somebody know what to do?
Maybe when he can pass or delete his password,he can scan his computer and delete the virus/worms or something.
Or after that the virusscanners and/or internet don,t work but thats the next problem then..

A friend help yesterday and they been trow the password...
But it don,t resolve the problem,now he can,t even start up and get the follow error message,s:

- stop:0x0000008e(0xc0000006,0xf77edb18,0xf7d369fc,0 x00000000)

and:

- setupdd.sys-adressf77edb18,base at f77ce000,datestamp 3d6dd67f

The stop:0x0000008e error we saw on internet,maybe the memory is broke,he try them one for one but that didn,t resolve anything.
Maybe somebody know what to do?

With all that's going wrong here, it does not sound good. Remove all unnecessary hardware - extra cards, USB devices, etc.

Do you have the original Windows installation disk for that PC?
