That is no excuse! You should have been given an original Windows installation disk. You may be using a pirated copy of Windows, and that, of course, is illegal. You need to contact that shop immediately and DEMAND a legitimate disk. Your only other option is to buy a legitimate license for Windows from a legitimate retail outlet.
