The clipboard is basically a simple Copy/Paste tool. It does nothing else. It has no history. It does not move files.
If you can Copy Ctrl+C then Paste Ctrl+V into any blank box then your clipboard is working. That is all the clipboard does.
As per your last thread the ClipBook Viewer has very little to do with the clipboard other than if it is enabled you can copy/paste across your network. This is a network tool. In XP SP2 it is by Default Disabled.
