Hi i got a problem with my audio divice.
I just got an virus protection and it deleted something important so now my headphones dont work. Can't play music and such.
I went to the device manager and in there i clicked on "SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio" and in "Device status" it says :

"Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)"

And i cant find out where to reinstall it so can somebody help me? =) pleas =)
Maybe you know where i can download it or something...? =)
In device manager soundMax had an yellow circle over it with a ! mark.

The best source for audio drivers is the computer manufacturers web site.

If the computer was custom built then go to the motherboard manufacturers web site.

Go to the driver download section and insert your model number. The drivers will be there.

so i should just go to dell.com? it's a dell computer... Microsoft windows XP.. demension 5000 .... if that does matter :P =) But thank you wery mutch jephree.. ill try to help you if i can in the future but you seem to know more about computers than me so :P
