Hi A while ago tried to carry out a "system restore" but hit " recovery" instead!!! Since then can get help topic headings, but right side is blank when hit display button. Any easy way to get facility back? Thanks in advance for any advice. By the way I'm almost computer illiterate.

Went to Kellys found 235 & 344 tried to run & got a message "Registry Error
cannotimport :\DocumentsandSettings\ChrisWhitley\localsettings\ TemporaryInternetFiles\Content.IE5\SP6F81AR\helpns upport[1].reg:Error openingthe file. There may be a disk or file system error"

Anyway messed about and saved both to My Documents and got "Successfully entered into registry" Not sure what I've done. How do I carry on? Hope you're a patient kind of guy!!!!
