hey i tried to cut and paste a folder, but after i cut it, i can't paste it, and the folder is gone.

i tried to show invisible folders but cant see the folder, i tried to search for the folder then, but still cant find.

tried to undo, tried to refresh page, tried to search in recycle bin but to no avail.

how can i get my folder back?

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
