My computer was working fine one day, a technician came to do an ip address check, the next thing I know I no longer can access my program files from my all programs button. I have been trying to solve this problem for about 2 weeks now with no success. Any help would be appreciated!

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
