Hi, is this the proper forum?

I reset web settings, deleted files, cleared history, and set advanced options to default. Once I did that I ran Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and finally CW Shredder, they all found viruses and spyware, so I fixed the problems with each program and rebooted my computer.

After the reboot I'm still getting the same problems.

A) Key words on web pages are coming up as underlined links that are directed to another site. Words such as "Movies," "Pron," etc.

B) My very own forums are refreshing themselves over and over until I hit the "stop" button and or the "refresh" button manually.

Basically I haven't ran anything since the reboot and the problem is still ocurring.
