ok when i try to open ANYTHING open with pops up and for .exe's i cant open em because the thing isnt on the list can anyone help me out here. And when i try to open anything in the control panel this always pops up "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe
File Not Found.
And it is there can anyone help me.

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore


Also note that this is probably Malware or a Virus. Run your scans.

In order to start System Restore from the Task Manager or at a Run... or Command Prompt type:

%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

ok i got it to work and sill same problem man i hate kaspersky anti-virus it all started after i scanned my computer with this

You most likely have a virus/worm.

I will post the basic HijackThis instructions after this post but I assume you will have the same issues there.

Anyway perhaps those guys in the Security section will have some ideas for you to run the necessary tools.

Please read THIS and after completing the steps outlined post a HijackThis log over in that section along with a brief description of your problem.
