I was hoping someone could tell me how to fix a problem with minimizing folders and them not showing up on the toolbar. It's actually not my computer, but they tell me it's all the folders...I haven't asked them if their mail or any other program was showing up when they were minimized.

I have looked everywhere to try to find options to change and have had no luck.....
