Well I'll tell you my story.
First started a while ago when my taskbar started to disppear.
Some system drivers werent loading. Explorer.exe is corrupted.
So the computer is useless so I figured I'd reformat it.

So I did. Had no drivers installed yet so I used my driver disk to reinstall them.

One thing.

C:\Documents and Settings\Leo
Still has all my old files worth of 150gbs. It says 0btyes on the file but..
While defragmenting. it found fraged files of everything I've had. Located in that folder.

C:\Documents and Settings\Leon
is where i've currently created.

The problem is "C:\Documents and Settings\Leo" is Locked.
I can not access it. Thus all 150gbs worth of junk is locked and can not be deleted.

So where can I access locked files? I still want some things in there.
