I have a problem: I can't excess my desktop. I can only see the desktop wallpaper.
I found a way to over come it by using task manger. Cane u helps me restore the excess
To my desktop and control on my computer.

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Thx for you fast replay, unfortunately the restore point was "OFF". So there is no point of doing any restore point.

Is there another way to over come this problem?

Try running the System File Checker:

start > Run... sfc /scannow

You will probably be asked to insert your XP CD.
