i used to be signed up too supanet. now everytime i start my pc i get the supanet signup promt, would be grateful if anyone could tell me how to get rid of it.

Look for an entry in (Start, Run) msconfig, under the Startup Tab. If present, remove the check mark.

If there's nothing in msconfig, use the attached Startup Control (by Mike Lin) and look for an entry.
