    Default mail client not installed?

Hi, I have had a problem for months now, when I click on a mail-to link I get
an error, Default mail client not properly installed - Of course I have done all the usual internet preferences and properties, to make Outlook Express the default mail client, but it does not matter. I also have Outlook, separately, and it used to be linked to a program called CBiz, which would open outlook from within to link mail to the full database, but I am no longer with that company, and have uninstalled CBiz...I suspect there is a stray .dll or some kind of file that hangs up my mail client, because once or twice I got a CBiz error out of the blue (I cannot find any CBiz files left but that does not mean they are not there) -- and now, after some other work which fixed a drive naming problem I had, if I click on a mail-to link the lower left corner says Done, but nothing happens at all. I have to cut and paste emails into OUtlook express, which is a pain. Not desperately serious, but nonetheless it is not working. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
    LiL

That is a generic message that doesn't tell us anything. We need to know more information about what is going on. What are you doing when you have this error? What program are you using? Please answer the questions below as completely as possible.
