hi there. i have a peculiar problem in my pc. after i press the button "turn off", a window pops up every time. i have to blindly press the return key to shut down the pc. the window reads like this:-

"The instruction at 0x000f1320 referenced memory at 0x000f1320. The memory could not be written. Click ok to terminate the programme. Click on cancel to debug the programme."

Pl. tell me what is the problem and how to solve it.

Is the program specified?

If not shut down your programs manually one by one and find the one that is throwing this error.
