Is it just in one program (e.g. Itunes - in which case check your itunes equalizer)
Or is it in general?
Can you plug in another set of speakers and compare? If they sound a key apart, then the problem is the speakers. Otherwise, I would check to see if you can adjust sound with your sound card.
Do you know your sound card model?

But they have this problem on every music player e.g. Itunes, Media player etc.

the Speakers are:

Diamond,
Tornado,
speaker kit 6937470000,
powers supply 12 VDC 300mA,
and they're Made in china, lol

do you know what sound card you have? your sound card may have the ability to change the pitch of the sound. If you don't know, you can find out using Belarc Advisor that you can download here. Then look under the "multimedia" section of the report it gives you. There should be somewhere between 1-5 lines under that heading. Post them here.
