Hi, i was in my folder and i was using alt +left and alt +right browsing thru subfolders containing music pics vids and documents and sumhow i've managed to lose the text below my files and folders in thumbnail view and also filmstrip..it is only wen i open my folder all my folders and a few files that r there i cant read wat they r...sub folders arnt affected. I tried moving my files to a new folder but wit over 3000 songs on itunes id hav to relocate them all! one hell of a complicated mess for a simple little problem lol plz help thank you.

If running XP, Have you tried a restore to a position before you had the trouble?

Thnx 4 ur reply mate. Im running windows xp home. I was going to add that but i thort i was alrdy in the xp category so i woulda been repeating myself. I've tried reseting the folder options it doesnt fix the problem...ne more ideas?

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
