being not to hot on the old computer could any one tell me how i can upgrade my usb from 1.1 to 2.0 as i have a new 7 port hub 2.0.my computer tells me their is no host controller on my machine. i am running xp

it will do it auto matically the only difference betwean the two is the actuall transfer speed there are no drivers to change or install

spud,,i have tried the hub ,it lights up but when i connect mouse/printer etc it does not work.windows keeps telling me i have no hs usb host controllert on my computer

ok try plugging the usb in to another port because they can be difficult little buggers at times


also try booting with it plugged in
