I have a strange white dialog box with cryptic characters and sometimes messages or just boxes inside the box, usually followed by the name of some dll file which is never the same twice. I am prompted to click ok to pass this box and usually can. The message once was hiberfil and today was system 32 something...could not put print screen.........thanks..Judy

Go to IE tools and place settings to default. Restart. Run a good system restore utility as SYSTEM MECHANIC 6 or 7, wich you can download from Fileratings.com and ccleaner v.1.39. Good luck. Let me know please. Jose.

none of the defaut settings made a difference and I do Run system mechanic and CCcleaner....nothing changes it

none of this worked....I do run System Mechanic 7 and ccCLEANER....setting to default did nothing
