After entering my password in my user account i got a wierd window that said my hard disk was too full to open with my personal definitions. I clicked ok and my desktop was totaly different. I emptied a bunch of junk off my hardrive and restarted but haven't been able to get back to my regular user account, which has my email, all my internet favorites and access to a server I have.

Please help me! Is there any way to reset just the personal user definitions in Windows XP?

Can you not get back to a restore point prior to this happening?
