Does it open everytime you start windows?
Here is a simple explination, however I think it might be something else..
... check your startup folder, if there is a shortcut to System32 ... delete the shortcut in the startup folder... be carefull, dont delete your SYSTEM32 FOLDER
>Start>AllPrograms>Startup>

yes it opens everytime i start my pc and no it is not in the start up folder
You can either edit the registry manually as per my link or use Bear's link to do it automatically.
