When i press control alt delete the windows task manager comes up but it always starts at the computer usage linegraph and theres no taskbar at the top so i cant change tabs. Could this be a virus or is it a strange setting on XP?

Place your cursor (pointer) just inside the left side of the box and double click.

hey sorry bout the wow but try pressing ctrl alt esc it might work better and if you read up in windows it will shwo you how to change all that .... hope that helps
