In my system all of the drives are showing autoplay option first how to remove this?and how it affected? pls help

Right click the drive under My Computer then click Properties then AutoPlay.

If you are having all these issues on the same computer then perhaps there is a deeper problem.

Is this a new computer? Did it use to work OK? Are these new problems?

If you want no action from auto play choose take no action.
