Folder and subfolders wont delete (access denied)
Ive tried to delete with DOS and delete with the program Delete FXP and it was unable to do so. It always tells me access is denied. Even with the reboot delete it will not work.
So far Ive tried Delete FXP (registered) and Unlocker and DOS and they all failed.
How do I delete a corrupted folder that has sub folders that are corrupted and tell me access denied?

what folder is this? is it on a hard drive? are you logged on as administrator?
-
you may want to run chkdsk (start>run chkdsk) and then trying to delete the folder

I am a admin and I will try chkdsk right now.
Edit still wont delete.

ok, what folder is this? is it in the windows directory? (C:/WINDOWS/...)
also try downloading this and follow the steps below
Step 1: Locate the name of the file that is causing your problems.
Step 2: Decide if you want to copy, move or delete the file.
Step 3. Choose a destination for moving the file, or a new file name for the rename option (this option won't appear if you are deleting a file).
Click OK to confirm you want to process. The nice thing is that the program doesn't make you reboot straight away. It's a good idea to reboot ASAP, but if you are in the middle of something and want to wait, the program will simply run next time you start Windows.

Still unable to delete what can I do?

What are the folder and file names and the full path to them?
Do you know where they came from?
Are they any problem other than being undeletable?
