I had this problem before and someone on here helped me to fix it but it has happens yet again and i cant remeber how do sort it!! I clcik on the email it opens but i cant go to any of the links from the emails

Control panel
Internet options
programmes

Make sure your browser is set as default, otherwise your mail program doesn't know what to open.

I can open up the emails ok but when the emails have a link in i click on it the little hand come to say something is happening but nothing happens at all

What I mean is if the browser is not set as default, then your mail program does not know what to open if you click the link.

If you set the browser as default, it will open when a link is clicked in your Email program

Hence if a default browser is not set, nothing happens.

ok thanks for that but i am not sure how to set the browser to make it th default

Did you check all the settings in the link I posted?

If internet explorer.

Click on tools
internet options
Programmes.

Make sure internet explorer is listed as default.

If not, click make default.

Also tick notify me if it is not the default.
