Everytime i turn on my Pc once it goes onto the Windows screen i get the following message...

SmartBridge Alerts:BTHelpNotifier.exe-Entry PO...

The procedure entry point GeProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link libary PSAPI.DLL.

What does this mean and how can i get rid of it??

save this file (rt click> save as) in the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32

Note: You may need to open a folder first (e.g my computer) and click tools> folder options go to view and highlight "show hidden files and folders" and also un-tick "Hide protected operating system files (reccomended)" then click apply and ok

Maybe you can help me with another problem i have.
When i go to watch video from place like youtube,google video there no sound?Ican play music from files stored in my music folder fine but seems to be only on these types of sites?

what browser are you using? have you tried using a different 1??

Just internet explorer if thats what you mean?
Im sorry im a newbie to all this computer lark,what other browser could i use?
someone suggested i havent got a flash player as these certain sites need one?well i have downloaded Adobe flashplayer still no joy.
Sounds o.k when i play music files i have downloaded through windows media player?

Using Internet Explorer, to check if Flash / Shockwave is enabled select tools from the main menu select internet options, select the security tab, then select internet under the zone selection area. Move the slider bar to medium. If you are using a custom security level then select the custom level button. From the security settings screen make sure that Run ActiveX controls is enabled. The High safety disables ActiveX for example. ActiveX must be enabled to use Flash or Shockwave.
