Hi! My name is Apoorva. I am from India. I am using Windows XP SP2 and e'm facing an issue with the Windows Search feature. I hit the F3 key when I am in any of the folder and this brings up the Windows Search ( on the left hand side ) and then click on All Files & Folders. After this, I click on "More Advanced Options" and exactly below it, there is a drop down menu which shows list of file types. Under this list, the "Folder" option is missing. Does anybody have any idea, how to restore it back? This is a very common issue which every XP user will face at some stage in his life while using XP.

That is indicative of a Malware or Virus infection.

I would suggest Reading this post then posting a HijackThis log in that section of the forum.
