please help icannot open any files on my computer that contain file extension exe or ink my computer has been renderer useless i cannot even system restore can anyone help with this problem
i have access to my documents but only pictures that i have stored on my computer and i can read email and use the internet but nothing else works and i have no idea what to do .

thanks but i managed to sort it i somehow managed to download a system restore program that my computer would open and this has taken it back to normall thanks for the help
