If any computer experts know how to solve this problem PLEASE HELP! I downloaded a trial software and when i uninstalled the software it left behind files and folders in C-drive and my documents folder i have deleted the remaining files but the folders they were in can't be deleted an error message suggests they are in use but i don't know what that could be as the software has been deleted all suggestions welcome

Try Move On Boot

I had a similar experience with Morpheus. I took the trial download and was not impressed, but found files left behind after it was uninstalled.
I used the Search feature to track them down and then moved them over to the Shredder feature on Spybot S&D.
