what do this all mean? it says it every time i start up i get this message i can get rid of it if i keep clicking the X in the box bit it so anoying says its anable to locate component and application failed to start as mcrtl32.dll not found HELP please

No I never got a win xp disk with the pc when i brought it it came with windows xp already on it

has your machine got McAfee SpamKiller on it?

have you tried to uninstall it?

yes i did try to uninstall mcfee but it wont go compleatly from my pc

No i purchased that seperatly but it ran out and i didnt want to renew it I also found that having it installed seems to slow down my pc

well i tried the link but i cant get that to install i tried again to uninstall mcfee compleatly but i get this error message internal error 2753_VSStat.exe and it always says instalation failed but i am not trying to install it i am trying to remoove it I am not very clever with all this stuff but i have uninstalled other programs without problems
