When I open the Control Panal anc double-clik the Internet Options Icon I ge5t nothing. I opened in Safe Mode and tried the Internet Options and nothing.
I am sure it is somewhere hidden in the system but I would like to learn how to retrieve it.Thank you

If you have the program Spybot Search and Destroy, check to make sure on the "Immunize" page within SpyBot Search & Destroy, that you don't have these 2 options checked and if you do have them checked... Uncheck.

"Lock IE start page setting against user changes (current user)"

"Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE (current user)"

Download UNLOCK-IE.EXE, is a self-extracting .ZIP file, which you can double-click on to extract the files inside (default dir is C:\UNLOCK-IE).

Internet options should work now.
