i didnt no where to post this so it is in 2 spots but ok this is kindda odd whenever im on my computer it will play this odd sound its some dude saying "OHH" with music then it stops its sorta scaring me but ya ne1 know wat that could be

Any consistency with your activity and the sound?

Some program must be triggering a .wav file to play.

I have heard of this before and will try to remember where it was I saw it.
