Reducing size of pictures for email

    Hi!
I take lots of digital pics and send them out by right clicking on them (in my harddrive) and selecting "send to", then "mail recipient" at that point a screen pops up that offers to reduce the size of the pics for mailing. My problem is that my last screen (to reduce the size of the pics) has stopped popping up! Help! I used it all the time and don't want to send huge files. Plus, it would reduce many pics all at once. Where did it go and how can I get this feature back?
    Thanks in advance.

I know the feature you mean, so now that it doesnt pop up what happens immediately after you click the Send to > Mail Recipient ?

Immediately after I click on the picture I right click and click the "send to" command, then "mail recipient" comes up. After that I used to get this message: "Windows can resize the pictures you send in email so they can transfer faster and easier to view by the recipient. What do you want to do?"
    1. Make all your pictures smaller
    2. Keep original size
After I click "mail recipient" I get a regular email with my pictures attached in full size. I have no clue how to scale them down to mail out. I send out lots of pictures or I used to send out lots of pictures. I'm very frustrated and appreciate any ideas or help you have!
    Thanks!!

Have you added any new Toolbars and or other software that might coincide with this problem?

If so you might try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

    Another possible fix:

Click start Run... and type or copy/paste the following commands one by one:

    regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"

    "%programfiles%\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg
