When you say "window opens" what is the title of the window?

Are you sure the data you saved is indeed .swf?

Does the window that opens have a choice of file formats at the bottom?

Is the flash drive detected in My Computer?

The .swf file is associated with an e-mail message. It is a url(www). When I click on it,it opens ok,but I can't see any image.I.m not sure what you mean by "detected in My Computer"

Sorry my bad. I thought you were talking about a Flash Drive.

Anyway see if anything here helps:

1: Uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control:

    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowled...fm?id=tn_14157

    Reinstall it:

    http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...com/flash.html

    If that doesn't do it:

2: Open Windows Explorer and click on Tools | Folder Options | File Types, then
scroll down to URL:Hypertext Transfer Protocol. Click Advanced or Edit,
whatever the choice is there. You want to Edit the Open action for this file
type. The values should read as follows:

    application:
    "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
(edit the path to your installation of IE as necessary)

    DDE:
    #1: "%1",,-1,0,,,,
    #2: IExplore
    #3: <blank>
    #4: WWW_OpenURL
